To track your order, you'll need the tracking number provided in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

Visit the courier's website: Once you have the tracking number, go to the website of the courier service handling your delivery.
Enter the tracking number: On the courier's website, enter the tracking number in the designated field and click "Track".
View tracking information: The tracking information will show you the current status of your order, including its location and estimated delivery date.
Please note: The courier service responsible for your delivery will be indicated in the confirmation email you received.
Once you receive a confirmation email and we have confirmed your order, it cannot be canceled. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

All our clothes are unique and hand-picked among thousands of items. While our clothes may have holes, stains, or show signs of wear and tear, that's what makes them special! Please carefully inspect all images of items before purchasing.

Yes, you can order items from @storeroomvintage online! Keep in mind that each piece is unique and often in high demand, as we only carry one of each item. Since our items are also available for purchase in-store, there’s a possibility that the item you saw may sell out before you complete your order. To secure your favorite pieces, we recommend visiting our online store as soon as possible and placing your order promptly.
Our team of experts has over 15 years of experience in vintage clothing. We use a variety of techniques, including fabric analysis, construction methods, and fashion trends, to accurately determine the age of your items.
Shipping & Delivery
DOMESTIC: We aim to ship everything in 1-3 business days once an order has been placed.
INTERNATIONAL: Shipping times can vary depending on country or location. We aim to ship everything in 3-10 business days once an order has been placed.
Our shipping fees depend on your location. On average, standard shipping costs around $10, while express shipping is about $15. For international orders, the costs can vary based on the country. To get an accurate estimate, please use our shipping calculator at checkout.
Please notify is IMMEDIATELY if the wrong address has been placed so we can correct it.
However, once your item has been sent, we will not be responsible the incorrect address being provided.
If we receive a returned parcel due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we will happily re-ship the items once you have paid the new shipping costs.
